During these last 30 years, Doctor G.Aiach has performed several thousands of rhinoplasty procedures. For each of them, he had the same objective : obtain a natural and harmonious nose which fits with the face and with the patient’s personality.

He is a world-renowned leader in primary rhinoplasty as well as secondary rhinoplasty and he is recongnized by his peers as an expert in nose surgery.

He has organized several Rhinoplasty teaching courses in Paris and is frequently invited in France and in foreign countries for rhinoplasty courses and surgical demonstrations  of his personal techniques.

Where are the scars after a rhinoplasty ?

After a rhinoplasty, there will always be scars inside the nostril. Furthermore, often, there will be a scar under the columella (thin part of the nose situated between the two nostrils).
